They are structured, elegant and have a tremendous sensory breadth. Perelada Brut Rosé, a fruity and floral cava which was a great favourite of the brilliant Salvador Dalí, is born from a blend of Garnatxa, Pinot Noir and Trepat.
Perelada Brut Reserva is made with wine of the three typical cava varieties: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada. This is a classic cava made according to the traditional method, with the utmost rigor and care that are characteristic of Perelada.
