Since 1987, every summer Castillo Perelada hosts one of the most prestigious music festivals in Europe. This cava is a tribute to all the artists who year after year honour us with their presence, shining like the stars of the Empordà sky under which they perform.
Perelada Stars Organic is made from Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Parellada and Chardonnay, and rests for at least nine months in the bottle. It stands out for its pale yellow colour with greenish nuances, its fine bubbles and its fresh, fruity aromas. A light Cava, with a touch of acidity and a fine balance.
Perelada Stars Brut Reserva is made from Xarel·lo, Macabeu and Parellada, with a touch of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and rests for at least fifteen months in the bottle. It stands out for its fine bubbles, fruity aromas with a subtle hint of ageing and a flavourful palate of ripe fruit. An expressive, well-balanced Cava.
Perelada Stars Brut Nature Reserva is made from Parellada, Xarel·lo and Macabeo, and rests for at least fifteen months in the bottle. It stands out for its fine bubbles, fruity aromas with marked ageing notes and a dry, smooth and complex palate. A Cava with excellent tasting balance.
Perelada Stars Touch of Rosé is made from Garnatxa and Pinot Noir, and rests for at least nine months in the bottle. It stands out for its pale pink colour, fine bubbles and clean floral and fruity aromas, long-lasting and elegant. A smooth, silky Cava, beautifully balanced on the palate.
