On December 15, 1960, after a year-long courtship kept almost entirely secret, the King of Belgium surprised Europe by marrying the Spanish Fabiola de Mora y Aragón. To celebrate the occasion, a Peralada Gran Reserva was chosen. In memory of these monarchs of unquestionable international prestige, we continue to produce the wine Baldó y Fabiola with the same label originally used.

Dark deep ruby red. Rich aroma with hints of red fruits, balsamic notes and a roasted background. The palate is vibrant and round, well-structured and balanced. The tannins are present but very well integrated, and the acidity provides it with a good aging capacity.
